OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: - Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab. Attested copies of all educational qualification certificate (Matric, F.Sc & MBBS alongwith each years transcript) experience certificates, two latest passport size photographs, domicile certificate & CNIC must be attached with the application. The Employees of Government / Semi-Government / autonomous bodies should apply through their respective department with NOC.
